HI, I know that after using the verb “finish” the next verb will be in ing form. Is that true even when I use the future like in this case?:(I don’t know what kind of future is this)

I will be finished writing my book soon. Or should I say I will be finished to wrinting my book soon,?

Hmm... I might use the future perfect:

I will have finished writing my book soon.
