Informing about a complaining letter
Please can anyone check this grammar. Thanks in advance
Hi Dario
How are you doing?. I am writing you because I want that you be aware of what I have just read in the local newspaper. A guy has written complaining about the services offered in the hotel, he said that the rooms were not properly cleaned, that it was very noisy because the building work was still continuing and the food was less than adequate. I think you should promptly reply this letter, as this complain is absolutely unjustified and people who have not been in the hotel can create a wrong idea about it. I am enclosing you a copy of the letter. I sincere hope this issue can be resolved soon and business is not affected.
