informations?

It was my school time understanding that information is plural and never takes "s". If I am right , then why this mistake could be found on even Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201074230)?

I know my eyes aren't what they were when I was 18, but I see no use of "informations" either on the web page or in the "Note" you posted.

It isn't. But if you want to 'pluralize' it, you can say 'two pieces of information, three pieces of information, etc.' as in There are two pieces of information that came to my attention yesterday.
