Information on what exactly is tested in Cambridge exams and how corrected?

Hi All,
can anyone tell me where I can find a list of what is exactly tested at each of the levels of the Cambridge exams (tenses, vocab, etc)? Also I would like to find out how they correct the oral exams, what type of mistakes they can get away with at each level etc. ?
