Anyone, please correct my English grammar and sentence structure.
Thanks in advance!

Dear sir,
"Wishing you a very HAPPY NEW YEAR ". How is our company progressing? We hope everything is on the full swing. As per our contract document, we have four more months to stay here, which means we'll be back to our company in the early June of 2012. However, Our project manager was asking us if we would want to extend our working duration for another few months. So our response was, "it'll depend on our MD". Therefore, we'll be glad to hear your decision at the earliest convenience.

Thank you
With best regards
