Informal and formal way fo finish a mail

Hello All,

Could you help me to go into detail to say goodbye in a formal and informal e-mail?

I know those: Yours Faithfully ; Sincerely Yours ; Best/Kind Regards.

But could I just use Regards in being sure it is polite but informal enough?
