Dear all
Could you please check my informal letter?

I just want to know that your team will come to Myanmar or not. We have to decide to choose the place.
Last meeting, we nominated two places Taunggyi and Taung Gu One place can allow to foreign people but another one is strictly protected area. If your team have come we will have to arrange the place and change some program. Please let us know to hear your decision.
