Inform computer users on helpdesk availabilities

Mr Ganesh is my assistant who has temporarily moved from my section. I will be away on leave from next week. And I would like to inform our computer users about the helpdesk support availability. I would be grateful if you could check and do some necessary corrections. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am afraid that I will be away on leave from 10th Oct till end of this month. As you know Ganesh, IT Backup has moved to programme team and he has now more programme responsibilities within the team.

Hence little helpdesk facility will be available within the office from 10 Oct to 31 Oct 2008. If you have or encounter any computer problems, please check in the FAQ link - http://nepal/it/faq/ first for solution. If your problem is still not solved, please contact Helpdesk at <number goes here> with giving following info:

1. Your Name and extension
2. The nature of your problem: ie what application you were trying to use, any message displayed on the screen, other people affect (if know)
3. details of previous occurrences (if any) In some cases they will also need to know.

In emergency staff should contact Ramesh or myself at <number goes here>. Apologize for the inconvenience caused.
