Inform about Last working day and Date of joining

Hi..

Pls help me writing a decent revert to the HR on the Last Working Day in the current organisation and Date of joining at new organisation.

I would not be able to resign before 24th of Nov 2017 and hence after serving 3 months notive perio, shall be joining there by 24th Feb 2017.
