Influence on/in/over/at

Hello teachers.

Can you explain to me what the differences among "to have an influence on/at/over/in" are.

Personally I think that to have an influence IN isn't correct.

But I'm not sure about other options.

Thanks in advance.

It depends on the context and what comes after the preposition: Note the following examples from Oxford Dictionary: The town grew under the influence of colonialism. There was no influence from outside . She has a certain amount of influence in the way things are organized.
