Inflexible?

Hi dears,

today I had some problems in finding a solution for the choice of these word: inflexible, adamant, dead set, unyielding. Please help me!!!

The sentence I would have wished to write would have been:

"As regarding the terms of payment, we usually ask 80% in advance and 20% by the stand´s handover BUT I have to say that these terms are not that ...........?????

As I did not know which word was appropriate I finished in a different way:

"we are open hearing the opinion of our customers and get always a agreement for both!

Hmmm I know that even this last sentence does not sound that brillant but.........

Thanks for your help

With regards

Pamela
