Infinitives

Hi,

Help please

1. There's no need for you to help cook the meal. Just sit down and relax. (Is this right? If not, please explain)

2. "He introduced me his girlfriend." or "He introduced me to his girlfriend. (I think the second sentence is correct, but i've heard people use the first one.)

3. Janet confessed that she hasn't done her homework. (Should this be 'Janet confessed that she hadn't done her homework'?)

Thank you,

Specter
