Infinitive/gerund as a subject

Hello all Emotion: smile

It seems to me that if a sentence has two subjects (see the two sentences below) , you use infitives only. Not gerunds. Is it really true?

Or, would you be able to come up with one sentence using two gerund subjects? I can't imagine doing it in the the sentences below? I guess it would not be possible at all, would it? Emotion: smile

- To push (Pushing) through the turnstiles of a Taylor swift concert is to enter (entering), as the saying goes, a woman's space. Swift has the power to turn a hockey arena into a room of one's own.

- To walk (Walking) in nature is to experience (experiencing) one of the greatest simple pleasures of being alive.

Thank you for your help Emotion: smile

What you call the second subject in your sentences is actually a complement of the verb to be. It is perfectly acceptable and correct to use the gerund as the complement. There is a saying: Seeing is believing.
