Infinitive phrase

I do not have a huge circle of friends to add me on Facebook.


Is the above a reduced relative clause of this:

I do not have a huge circle of friends who are to add me on Facebook.

Is this better?

I do not have a huge circle of friends who can add me on Facebook.

It is not reduced-- I suppose it is just a nonfinite verb complement (the verb 'have'). Your recasting is fine.
