Infinitive or simple form of the verb?

0"The kayans of Borneo have been seen to draw their swords threateningly."02br

00Is this sentence correct? Or should we say "have been seen draw their swords", in the same way we say " I saw them draw their swords".02br

00I wouldn't say that omitting the 'to' is wrong but it sounds rather odd, so I would recommend you use 'to'.02br
