Infinitive after 'Can'

Dear all,

A couple days ago, I was reading a text regarding farming. I stumbled upon the sentence below:

'Where are some areas in the world where farmers cannot to grow things?'

I was wondering if somebody can let me if 'to grow' is grammatically correct in this sentence or we can for sure say that it's typo.

Thanks in advance.
