Inequality in words

Hi

How do you put the following inequality in words?

0.1 = x = 1.0

Specifically, does the following sentence properly describe the above inequality?

"X is equal to, or greater than 0.1 and equal to, or less than 1.0."

With a bit of re-punctuating, yes:

X is equal to or greater than 0.1 and equal to or less than 1.0

If you wish to adhere to the symbol order:

X is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 1.0

I have also heard:

0.1 less than or equal to X less than or equal to 1.0

but this last is not a sentence.
