Hello! I am writing about industry in Germany and I want to talk about the economical growth of industrial/industry sector. I am confused because I want to talk specifically about industry (not agriculture, healthcare, farming, etc.) and I am confused if I should write something like: "Industry sector has grown 9% over the last decade" or "Industrial sector has grown 9% over the last decade". Are they the same? Thank you for your help!
Top answer
I think they are both in use. I prefer "industrial sector". In either case, you should use "the" in front of it.
