Individual x Group --> How do I say?

Hello. There are persons who work alone; there are persons who work in groups of two, three, four. . .

How do I call this difference? Can I say that it is about "work organization"? Social organization? I am thinking especifically about researchers who work alone and those who work in group.

Thank you.

Maybe, team players versus solitary types.
