Indirect speech

He said, ‘If I had a hundred thousand dollars, I would buy a house.’

to change this into a indirect speech would be:

Is this sentence correct?

also,

He said, ‘If I win his match, I will marry.’

into:

He said if he won, he would marry.

Is this correct too?

Thank you.
