Indirect-speech

Hello,

1.The old man said, “Could I please come back and stay the next time I have a
treatment? Your children made me feel at home. Grown–ups are bothered by
my face, but children don’t seem to mind.”

The indirect of the above would be:

A. The old man asked her permission to come back and stay the next time he had a treatment and further added that her children had made him feel at home and he also commented that grown-ups were bothered his face, but children did not seem to mind.

Is #A correct?

Thanks.
