Indirect Speech

Yesterday:

Michael : I will finish the task by 10.00am tomorrow.

Today: At 9.30am/10.30 am:

Yesterday Michael said he would finish the task by 10am following day.

or

Yesterday Michael said he would have finished the task 10am today.

Would you please verify the above two sentences are grammatically correct?
