Which of these sentences would you be most likely to use?

1:

-Can you explain what do you mean by facilities?
-Would you explain what did you mean by "facilities"?
or
-Could you explain what you mean by "facilities"?

2:
Do you know do all rooms have showers?
Do you know if all rooms have showers?

3:
I have everything that I need, haven't I?
or
I have everything that I need, don't I?
