indicator stalk

Hello,

Is "indicator stalk" the same as "turn signal lever"?
I heard that "indicator stalk" is usually used in U.K. and "turn signal lever" in U.S.
Is it correct?

Thank you in advance,

Yes, they appear to be the same (I'm not BrE, but some on-line glossaries are). I generally say 'turn signal', though, omitting 'lever'.
