Indicative to Subjunctive conversion

Hello,

If I were to put these sentences into the contrary-to-fact subjunctive mood, would I write them like this:

She is looking at me in a strange, mean way, as if I am a bug.

Subjunctive: She is looking at me in a strange, mean way, as if I were a bug.

He walks to her, as if she is a cornered creature.

Subjunctive: He walks to her, as if she were a cornered creature.

He brushes the dust off his shoulders, as if it is a cloud of buzzing flies.

Subjunctive: He brushes the dust off his shoulders, as if it were a cloud of buzzing flies.

Please tell me if I'm correct. I want to correctly apply the Subjunctive mood.

Those are correct. Note that you don't have to use the subjunctive after "as if". Almost any tense can occur after "as if".
