I don't believe there's any more we can do for him. Right now nothing indicates / nothing's indicating / there's nothing that indicates / there's nothing indicating / there's no indicators that his condition will improve, so...

1) is "indicate" perfect or could you think of a more natural verb for this context? (The guy is in a coma)

2) Which one of the underscored options would you find most natural?
