Indentation, cast a spell

Hi,

1)”I was pressing too hard on the pen, so the letters left indentations on the other side of the page.” Could I use the word ‘indentation’?

2)Can I ‘cast a spell’ or ‘enchant’ something? For instance:”Harry and Ron cast a spell on/ enchanted two cupcakes to trick Crabble and Goyle.”

Thank you.

1. The act of pressing too hard - not the written letters - leaves the indentations: "I pressed too hard on the pen when I was writing, and it left impressions on the sheet underneath."

2. You'd more likely hear: "Harry and Ron gave two enchanted cupcakes to Crabbe and Goyle."

"Cast a spell on/enchanted two cupcakes" is grammatical but sounds ridiculous. Casting spells and enchanted is typically done with more significant objects: apples, people, animals.
