Indefinite articles - can be only one when listing more nouns?

Which sentence is correct and why?

There is a lounge, kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms in our house.

OR:

There is a lounge, a kitchen, a dining room and two bedrooms in our house.

Well, thanks for correction, but my question was about articles - the 'a' has to be before every noun?
