Indefinite article before communication

Hi

I wonder if it is OK to say "we had a good communication". That is, is it OK to use "a" before communication?

Communication is mostly non-count. You can use it as a modifier. "We had a good communication session".

No, but you can have a good conversation or chat or exchange of ideas.
