Indefinite article: (a) free/Christmas/seafood dinner

(1a) We had a free dinner tonight.

(1b) We had free dinner tonight.

(2a) We had a Christmas dinner last tonight.

(2b) We had Christmas dinner last tonight.

(3a) We will have a seafood dinner tomorrow.

(3b) We will have seafood dinner tomorrow.

I am not sure if I need the indefinite article. Please help me. Thanks.
