Hi
Please tell me if the use of indeed is OK here.
The way she read the report was unfortunately shocking indeed.
If yes, do we need a comma after shocking?

I want to make sure this says what you mean it to say.

You are saying that the way she read it was shocking. I'm not sure what you mean by this. Did she sneak into the office at night and read it, when she wasn't supposed to, and people are shocked at her behavior? Did she use a funny voice to talk about a serious topic, and this was shocking?
