I would like to request the management to kindly review my current salary as I believe a revision of my salary is warranted and this is the appropriate time as our annual review is approaching.



I have been working for the past 4 years and I have taken responsibility and demonstrated my ability to independently handle Agency operations. I would like you to know that I view my future in the company very positively, so I am confident that you will want to sincerely consider my request.

Actually my colleague is requesting an increment due to the above specific problem. She wants to mention those reason as the company's annual review is already passed.

Please suggest ways to incorporate the above reason in the letter and look professional at the same time
