Will someone advise me on the below problem?
The salary of A is increased by 2.5 times his initial salary. What is the meaning of "Increased By" ?
Suppose, A's initial salary was $100. Now his present/increased salary is
A] $100*2.5 = $250, OR
B] $100+ $100*2.5 = $350
