Incomprehensible Sentences

1. Israeli wine route may be uncorked soon
I don't understand what does "uncorked" mean.

2. Orthodox groups squabble over civil court's overturning of New York Beit Din decision
I'll try to explain what I don't understand:
"Orthodox groups squabble over (!!! civil court's overturning !!!) of New York Beit Din decision."
I don't understand what does "civils court's overturning" mean..

3. New York-A court case that pits a New York religious court against a civil court also has three orthodox groups
I don't understand the sentence after that " pits a New York...."

4. frailty thou art woman
I don't understand this sentence completly...

5.with a parliament for a stage
I don't understand what does "for a stage" mean.

thou in babylon equals to "you" so how it is followed by frailty? shouldn't it be opposite?
