inclusive in everything

Please help me correct the following paragraph. Thanks!

In my public service career, I have always encountered many social problems which are inclusive of everything. I calmly observe these events and analyze the phenomena. They are worrying us. Our society is seriously sick, and we can’t be blind to the gravity of the illness.

In my public service career, I have frequently encountered many all-embracing social problems. I calmly observe these problems and analyze the phenomena. They are worrying us. Our society is seriously sick, and we can’t be blind to the gravity of the illness.

OK. That's an interesting observation. Social problems are usually seen in the lower echelons of society, not in the wealthy class or among the politically well-connected.

This piece will be given by a councilor who is going to deliver a speech. Since social problens are usually seen in the lower echelons of society, not in the wealthy class or among the politically well-connected, what's your advice to revise these phrases in a natural expression? Thanks!

I would just take out "all-encompassing". That means it affects everyone in every walk of life. Write about your own experiences with the specific social problems you have seen. Some may be more intractable than others, some more commonplace than others,, but just write honestly.
