'including' synonym for 'with'

Hi teachers,
Would 'including' be an appropriate synonym for 'with' in the following sentence?
There is a plate with four cookies.

This is the whole paragraph. The context is part of a longer fictional narrative for beginners:

And absurdly,

The thing is that there's a drawing for that paragraph. Let me attach it here.
CalifJimA sentence with existential there makes little sense without the phrase that tells us where the subject (plate) is.
That's true. The existential 'there' needs the position.

On the other hand, do you think it's really necessary? I don't think it will add much to our discussions of synonyms and paraphrases for 'with'. I'd say it's not worth the trouble to fuss with trying to make the drawing appear in a post.
