'including' paraphrase for 'with'?

Hi teachers,
Would 'including' be an apprpriate synonym for 'with' in the following paragraph?
How much money is there in Robert’s wallet? There isn’t a lot of money; in fact, there's only a little money. With the money in his wallet, and a few dollars in his pants pocket, he must buy a train ticket to Wilton and a birthday present for Caroline too.

Thanks in advance.
