Traditionally, perhaps, but more and more nowadays people are using "myself" where "me" or "I" would once have been used. Perhaps this began because of a misunderstanding that "myself" was always more proper (a little like how people say e.g. "He asked John and I" in the mistaken belief that
I am afraid that there are still some of us who see that "myself" as a shibboleth of inadequate attention to proper English.
