It's understandable, but it's not how English speakers would express it. No celebrity will have trouble getting a book published, even if it's not very good. ) CJ

It's understandable, but it's not how English speakers would express it.

No celebrity will have trouble getting a book published, even if it's not very good.

(The combination "including if" doesn't work well.)
