please help me im not sure if my grammars, punctuations or anything is correct.. thanks in advance guys.. Godbless
The incident happened last march 20 2016, when Dr. Ceriles write a transfer from PACU to OU order for patient Casela. I liked to inform Dr. Ceriles that such transfer is not allowed but i consulted my immediate supervisors(ms. Rose and ms .Violy) first,since that policy is vague( not written in our service manual). They say that the transfer is allowed as long as there is written doctors order, so I transferred the patient as ordered.
