Incident/ Incidence

I would like to seek someone assistance to resolve the below question.

a.) Any incident of failure of complying our Rules that we have set in this contract or those we will enforce in the course of the contract, or incident of mal-practice will be subject to a deduction of XXX points from the Deduction System.

b.) Any incidence of good performance in terms of works quality, responses to emergency or urgent case which acquired the written appreciation from Manager will be subject to XXX points addition to the Deduction System.

I would call both stylistically turgid and delete them both—and you have other problems:

a.) Any failure to comply with the rules set in this contract or those enforced in the course of the contract or any malpractice will be subject to the deduction of *** points
