Can you incapacitate someone at a percent?

The gangster hit me so hard that I was incapacitated at 70%.

After sustaining an injury to his knee while working on a machine, the client was initially incapacitated at 70%. (how do you give percentages?)

Thank you

I would use the percentage as an adjective (no "at") The gangster hit me so hard that I was 70 percent incapacitated. You can do this in both cases.
