In/at/of

Which one is correct? I mean which preposition I should use here.

1- All the students of this school are hereby notified that a cultural programme will be organised next month.

2- All the students at this school are hereby notified that a cultural programme will be organised next month.

3- All the students in this school are hereby notified that a cultural programme will be organised next month.

I would use "at" if I had to put it that way, but "All students are hereby notified …" gets you there. And why should they care if you will be organizing anything? Tell them after you know what month the programme will be presented.
