"in which" usage

Is the following sentence correct? I am most concerned with "in which you will be asked to participate". It doesn't seem right. Thanks.

On behalf of the Trilogy-ACS study team, I am pleased to inform you that we will soon be initiating a monthly Recruitment Teleconference in which you will be asked to participate.
