In which place do you left your baggage?

At what time exactly did you reach "X" station?

Whom to phone?

Take Bus No. 35 to go to "Y" place.

suppose I want to know the exact street where "x" is staying, but if i ask "where do you stay", he might tell the name of "city". so I ask "In which street do you stay?" Is this correct?

Similarly, if I want to know the exact time when "x" came to office, and if I ask "when did you come?", he might answer "Yesterday, in the evening, in the morning, etc
