In vs. on

Hi!

Is the underlined "in" correctly placed? Or should I use "on" instead? Maybe you can spot other mistakes as well?

This candy is fat-free and low in calories; therefore people who care about a beautiful figure do not have to worry that they will gain weight if they will treat themselves with a little bit of candy.

In is fine. Low + on means to be near the end of a supply ( low on gas/food/funds ). I would use a comma after therefore .
