In vs On

I am sorry if this is my second post for the same question as I didn't know if the first post got through.

Which is grammatically correct?

- The station was really flooded. Giant waves running into it were caught in/on the camera.

- These questions were on/in the exam.

- All the files are in/on the A drive.

These questions were on the exam. However, "in" would be appropriate to in this sentence.
