Is this natural?

How would a native say these please?

Thank you

Yes, the sentences are fine.

The value of our house has gone down/up because of..

or:

The value of our house has gone down/up due to..

"because of" is nice and clear though.

But would a native say "Our house has gone down in value"

What about

- The furniture we bought for 1000 dollars has lost in value. (how would you naturally say this please?)

Thank you both
