IN v OF v FOR

This is with reference to a university called INCEIF who have the tagline, THE GLOBAL UNIVERSITY IN ISLAMIC FINANCE. There been a suggestion to replace IN with OF as it is believed the latter would be a stronger proposition. (This suggestion has also given rise to the potential adoption of 'FOR').

Would THE GLOBAL UNIVERSITY OF ISLAMIC FINANCE be stronger? And is it grammatically correct?
