Hello.
I have a question about thes sentences.
In this video, Trump said that
"But they like to compare us to others. So they were talking about New Zealand. New Zealand, it’s over, it’s over for Zealand. Everything’s gone. They’re beautiful. They had a massive breakout yesterday. South Korea, it’s over, it’s over. Big breakout yesterday. It's tough. It’s a tough deal."
It can be "then a massive breakout yesterday", but I just bring Youtube clip subtitles.
What does mean it??
1. New Zealand & Korea people said Covid19 is over!
2. Trump believes New Zealand and Korea are over.
Here's the clip you can checked ![]()

Thank you for your help!
It seems that you are having trouble with the word "over". It means "finished". When speaking of the pandemic of covid-19, It's over in New Zealand means that there is no longer any covid-19 in New Zealand.

It's over in New Zealand means that there is no longer any covid-19 in New Zealand.
(The same applies to South Korea, of course.)

Please don't learn how to speak from Trump. Study an eloquent orator as a model, like former President Obama.
